Orbital saw cuts to ±0.5mm length tolerance; no burr on cut face; end squareness checked
End Forming (if required)
Flaring, swaging, or bead-rolling on end-forming machine; OD and wall checked after forming
Bending (if required)
CNC tube bending to drawing radius; springback compensated; OD ovality < 10% of nominal OD
Surface Finishing
As-cut, pickled (20% nitric/5% HF), or polished (Ra 0.4–0.8 µm) as specified
Final Inspection & Pressure Test
OD, WT, length, surface finish verified; hydrostatic pressure test on request; MTC issued
